Costume includes 2 pieces (Tutu Dress and hat).  Dress has a crochet blouse with Eva glitter chest piece covered in polka dot netting decorated with rhinestones and satin ribbon straps.  Tutu skirt has 3-layers in a high-low style with pointed edges.
 
Costume includes elf fairy style hat made of pink sherpa fabric with satin ribbon ties.
