This beautiful Candy Corn Princess tutu costume is sure to make a statement at your next Halloween party.  The tutu is made with a white crochet top and EVA foam glitter chest piece in white, yellow and orange.  Dress top is made in a corset style with orange and yellow satin straps.  Dress has white, yellow and orange tulle skirt.
 
Costume includes adorable mini top hat made of white glitter EVA foam trimmed in orange sequin, orange plaid ribbon, silver jewel trim, candy corn candy and yellow feather boa.  Hat is approximately 3” tall and 3.5” wide and has an elastic tie
