Dress is made of light blue cotton fabric with a zipper back.  Blouse has a lace and ribbon center trimmed with rhinestone buttons, oversized bow and black lace edge.  Blouse features a double puff ¾” sleeve with black satin ribbon break in between and a white lace and satin edge trim.  
 
Dress has a 3-layer skirt.  Bottom layer is made of Black/White cotton fabric trimmed with horsehair to give it that curve edging.  The second layer is made of light blue cotton fabric  trimmed with horsehair to give it that curved edge.  The top layer is made of an ivory lace in a scalloped edge.  Dress includes matching bow and 6” black lace fingerless gloves.
